KURUNE’s Fresh Oysters, Sashimi, Nigiri
2024.3.12 KURUNEAt KURUNE, we offer fresh oysters served with pineapple salsa and gari ponzu. Oysters pair wonderfully with Japanese sake, bringing out even more depth of flavor when combined. Dry and crisp sakes with a slightly higher rice-polishing ratio and moderate to high alcohol content are particularly suitable.
For sashimi, we offer assortments named after Tokyo districts such as "Asakusa," "Roppongi," "Aoyama," and "Ginza," as well as various individual selections. Our nigiri options include assortments of 5 pieces and 10 pieces, as well as various individual selections.
