We are pleased to introduce Takashi Sawada, the new Head Chef of SUMIBI Gandaria.

After serving as head of the teppanyaki division at a renowned establishment, he broadened his experience across a wide range of cuisines, including NOBU-style sushi, before moving to Singapore. There, he played a key role in launching a teppanyaki restaurant as head chef, continually rediscovering the appeal of teppanyaki while expanding its expression.

The sensibilities he has cultivated now take on a new form at SUMIBI Gandaria. Chef Sawada looks forward to welcoming you with a diverse selection of new menu creations.
