We Held a Sushi Class for Children

On December 7th, we hosted a children’s cooking class, Kid’s Activity SUSHI CLASS, at SUMIBI Thamrin. This hands-on workshop, where participants learned authentic sushi-making techniques from our chef, attracted many children from Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese families, making for a lively and enjoyable event.
At our company, we view Japanese cuisine, a cultural treasure of Japan, as a form of "entertainment" and are committed to sharing its allure with the world. Moving forward, we will continue to organize such events, actively promoting initiatives that convey the depth and joy of Japanese food culture while embodying our corporate philosophy.
