We are pleased to introduce Yukinobu Hosogoe, the new Head Chef at SUMIBI Thamrin.

Since beginning his culinary career, he has honed his skills and knowledge with a focus on Japanese cuisine. After running two omakase kappo restaurants as owner-chef for over a decade, he expanded his work to Hong Kong and Malaysia, gaining experience across diverse culinary settings.

The techniques he has cultivated now take shape in new dishes at SUMIBI Thamrin. We invite you to enjoy the flavors thoughtfully crafted by Chef Hosogoe.
