Concept of SUMIBI Thamrin

Concept of SUMIBI Thamrin

We are pleased to introduce the concept of "SUMIBI Thamrin," which is scheduled to open at the end of June to July this year. The restaurant spans an area of 76 tsubo (approximately 251 square meters) and accommodates 81 seats. The design concept revolves around three themes that embody the essence of Japanese hospitality: sizzle, liveliness, and a sense of the seasons. For the first time in our group, we are incorporating "Genshiyaki," a traditional Japanese open-flame grilling method, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while witnessing the dynamic cooking process.

The seating area consists of a counter dining area with lantern-style lighting reminiscent of Japanese festivals and a private area with completely enclosed rooms.

We invite you to look forward to a new culinary experience at SUMIBI Thamrin.
