Chinese cuisine has undergone its own unique evolution in Japan, and Chinese-style dishes and snacks that pair well with alcohol are popular even in izakayas. We would like to introduce two dishes featuring tofu from the "Chinese Style" menu at SUMIBI Cikarang.

"Mozzarella Cheese Mapo Tofu"
